Evenson Laguerre is an accomplished business executive and entrepreneur with a proven track record of driving growth, operational excellence, and creative solutions in the commercial signage industry.

Before entering the signage space, Evenson built a strong foundation in the financial services industry, where he spent eight years specializing in financial data analysis and risk management. This deep financial background equipped him with a unique strategic perspective—allowing him to view signage not just as a manufacturing process, but as a critical capital investment and brand asset for growing businesses.

Driven by a passion for tangible craftsmanship and helping local businesses build visible brand presence, Evenson made a strategic transition into the signage industry. He recognized that high-quality visual communications are essential for commercial growth, brand identity, and local economic vitality. Today, as President/Owner of Empire Sign And design, he combines corporate financial discipline with top-tier design and fabrication expertise to deliver seamless, high-impact signage projects from concept to installation.

Deeply rooted in the Long Island community, Evenson is dedicated to helping local businesses, commercial developments, and organizations elevate their brand’s visibility. Beyond transforming commercial storefronts and corporate spaces across Nassau and Suffolk counties, he actively serves the region by collaborating with local chambers of commerce, serving on the business development & marketing committee at HIA-LI, or supporting youth sports at Island Trees Soccer Club.
